Kehnoa laatua, mutta hintakaan ei ollut kova. Positive: Asunto oli lämmin ja wc:ssä lattialämmitys. Negative: Kaikki oli vähän huonoa ja rikkinäistä. Nojatuoli miltei hajosi liitoksistaan. Tv oli niin vanha ettei toiminut (muuta kun Netflix), kahvinkeitin risa, ei bideesuihkua, sisustus oli mitätön, rapussa ei toiminut valot, joten asuntoon sai suunnistaa kännykän taskulampulla, alue oli ankeaa seutua.
