Hyvä sijainti, kaunis ja toimiva sisustus. Positive: Huoneisto on kaupungin keskustassa, nykyaikaisessa ja hiljaisessa kerrostalossa. Oh ja mh ovat siistit, ja toimivasti sekä väljästi sisustettu. Huoneistossa on hyvät vuoteet. Negative: Tästä kohteesta en löydä asioita, joista en pitänyt.
