Modern 1BR Apartment with Balcony at Tripla Pasila, 5 mins to Helsinki City Center

Great location Positive: Great location. Right next door to the mall and train station. 1 stop into city. Unit had everything we needed. Very quiet area. Owners followed up to see how the stay was going, and if we needed anything. Negative: Nothing

Hyvä mutta hinnoittelu ja sisäänkirjautuminen kaipaa hienosäätöä. Positive: Hyvä sijainti, siisti ja toimiva asunto. Negative: Hinnoittelu tehty todella hämäävästi. Haussa näkyy alhainen hinta (esim. 80€). Kun tämän valitsee, vasta lopussa näkyy erittäinen pienellä fontilla muut maksut ja verot (esim. 80 €). Paksulla fontilla lukee että maksat 80 € ja lopuksi päädyt kuitenkin maksamaan 160€ vaikka luulit sen olevan 80€. Saahan tällä tavalla aina yksittäisiä asiakkaita hämättyä, mutta läpinäkyyvyden vuoksi olisi hyvä korjata palvelua. 95 euron siivousmaksulla pyydetään asiakasta tiskaamaan astiat ja viemään roskat. Moderni sisäänkirjautuminen useine sivuineen ja pin-koodeineen karkoittaa iäkkäämmät käyttäjät pois. Insinööreille suunniteltu käytttäjäkokemus.

Positive: Location is great. View was good and photos matched as described of the apartment Negative: We found quite some hair on sofa and cushions, that could be more improved

without exagerrating - so far the best accommodation I've ever had. Positive: very clean, comfortable and convenient; has all necessities and consumables one may need. Near the conference center and via public transport indeed 5 min from city center. If possible I would rate it 10 ++ !
