Modern 1BR Apartment with Balcony at Tripla Pasila, 5 mins to Helsinki City Center

Positive: La terrassa, molt gran. Negative: Falta de neteja profunda, al lavabo tenia molts sabons oberts d'antics clients, calaix amb pèls. A la cuina hi havia masses aliments d'altra gent com per exemple una bossa de patates oberta. El sofà llit no és com el de la imatge, van haver de dormir seguint la forma del sofà que era en forma de L.

Positive: Very clean apartment with a beautiful balcony, located conveniently on top of Tripla Mall. Negative: A little bit small for large families.

Great apartment, very comfortable and perfect location! Some minor details would make it exceptional Positive: The apartment is great, clean and it was perfect for what I needed. Attached to the mall for anything one might need, from food to last minute necessities. Walking distance to the convention center (which was the reason for me to book the apartment). Comfortable bed. All automated. Good communication with the management and easy instructions. Negative: The entry system for the apartment door is not very easy to use. The "3 knocks" do not work very smoothly; sometimes I had to re-try 3-4 times. From the second day on, I decided to just keep the keys with me rather than using the app/knock approach. There was no body wash for the shower (not sure if that was supposed to be included, but I ended up buying some). I could not find any way to adjust the temperature in the apartment. There were thermostats but even if I lowered the temperature to my desired degree, nothing happened, and the apartment felt somehow too warm for me at night.

Positive: Perfekt läge, fin utsikt över stan, snyggt och modernt. Negative: Mjuk säng, dåliga dynor för extra bäddarna. Ingen vinöppnare.

Would stay again, this is in great location, 5 min via train or 30 min walk to city centre, Positive: Check-in was via an app on the phone. It was a little complicated to get into the building, but once we were in (thanks to a helpful resident) it was fine. The apartment was great, with a lovely balcony and great views. It was very close to the Mall of Tripla and public transport. Having a washing machine and dryer was very helpful as we were there for a week. Hosts were responsive and answered all questions promptly prior to arrival and let us know when we could check in. Negative: There wasn’t much negative to say, although it could have been a bit cleaner. There was a fair bit of dust on the balcony and we ended up washing the mats in the bathroom, as there was a bad smell in there after a couple of days. This was resolved with washing the mats especially nearest the shower (there isn’t a door so water goes out). I couldn’t find a tea towel to dry the dishes, though there may have been one I missed.
