Modern 2BR Apartment with Terrace

Happy holidays Positive: The apartment was clean and very comfortable. Everything provided within the apartment. The air con was a blessing on hot days. A short walk to the beach downhill. Lots of nice places to eat along the beach and towards the marina. Negative: It was up a steep hill, not a problem for me but was difficult for my friend. It wouldn't suit anyone unfit or with physical difficulties. The outside space was uninviting. We thought the hedge needed trimming to a point where you could see the Poole, giving a nice view. Plants and grass area had died. We didn't use it. Shabby and didn't seem to be looked after. We thought artificial grass or paving would be better suited to the climate.

Wish it was lower down! Positive: Very clean, full of kitchen implements, liquids. Great shower. Plenty of outside space, table and 6 chairs, sun beds. Even 2 bikes! Negative: Very minor but not all the lights worked and the outside area could do with a bit of a tidy up, grass cut etc. The hills! Two hills to attack every time you cam back from the front.

Positive: Good location, close to beach, supermarket, and bars/restaurants. Apartment very well equipped and super comfy beds. Nice swimming pool with direct access from the terrace/garden of the apartment.
