Spacious 3BR Villa with Pool and Sea Views

Overall I lovely villa, peaceful location with beautiful views but it has a big problem with ants and the instruction an Positive: We (a group of 5) liked that we had plenty of space, the views were incredible, the pool was nice, the peaceful location, the various seating areas both on the upper terrace and ground floor, and that you could walk down to the beach and a few restaurants and supermarket in 15 minutes. Negative: The villa didn’t seem as clean as we thought it would be, like the floors hadn’t been cleaned-hoovered properly, and there’s lots of stains on the seat cushions/sofas. For the price we paid we expected everything to be taken care of however, when we arrived there were rubbish bags left across the path when we walked in and the towels were still drying meaning no one could take a shower until they were dry. The main problem was the ants. They’re everywhere. No matter how clean we tried to keep it, they were in every room, and lots of them! Even in the bathrooms. We know you can’t control ants outside and there were some ant traps dotted around so they know it’s an issue but it affected preparation of food and leaving anything out. Also we had no wifi until the last morning because the instructions both on the portal and when msging booking.com stated the router was in the living room under the TV which we could not find but it was actually in the study so that wasn’t too helpful. There were also no instructions anywhere about the villa i.e. where to dispose of the rubbish on checkout. Turns out you’re supposed to walk it down the street to the bins but we were told this only once we had already left. It would be nice to have a welcome pack explaining everything. The lady who checked us in didn’t really speak English so was hard to ask any questions. The final thing was that 2 men turned up one morning unannounced, a gardener and a pool cleaner, which was fine but would have been nice to know beforehand as we were all sunbathing and taken by surprise. Felt this could have been communicated to us.

Positive: De locatie en het uitzicht waren top. Negative: De kamers waren niet proper en er was een mierenprobleem. Er waren te weinig vuilzakjes, die ze uiteindelijk op aandringen wel kwamen brengen. Het verblijf wordt verhuurd voor 10 personen maar er waren geen tafels geschikt voor 10 personen dus er moest met stoelen gesleurd worden. Het was duidelijk dat het verblijf niet tot amper gekuist was want in de bovenste grootste kamer lagen strontjes en spinnenwebben. De badkamer in de bovenste slaapkamer is ook niet volledig in orde want de kraan van de lavabo werkte niet. Er waren geen keukenhanddoeken wat de afwas ook moeilijk maakte. Voor die prijs verwacht je op z'n minst dat al bovenvermelde zaken in orde zijn.

Perfect week in spain in this villa. The most beautiful view. Positive: Everything amazing. The house is great and has everything you need, and the view from the house out over the sea and the town is out of this world. 10/10 stay. Negative: No complaints
